Can I change or cancel my order?
As we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, you must request any changes or cancellations within 12 hours of ordering. Any requests made after this period may not be fulfilled. However, once you receive your order, you can return it for a full refund if needed.

When will my order be processed?

How do I return an item?

What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?
Please contact us immediately if you have received merchandise that is incorrect, missing, or defective. When will I receive my refund?
